I just recently completed being interviewed on my 2nd podcast (you can see/listen to my first podcast here with Nick Fosberg from Bar and Restaurant Success).

This one is called Restaurant Rockstars, which is run by a great guy, Roger Beaudoin.

Roger has also been in the industry for years and used to run his own bar before starting Restaurant Rockstars in which he similarly helps bar/restaurant owners and managers succeed.
