If you need to cancel your Bar Patrol subscription with us, simply send us an email to in**@*******ol.net and we will be happy to help. If we do not receive a message from you, your billing subscription will continue. If your subscription is in the middle of a billing period you will have access to your account until that billing period is over.

We DO NOT provide refunds for monthly subscription plans. With that said, we do not have contracts so you are welcome to cancel at anytime.

For yearly subscription plans, you have 30 days to reclaim a refund. You will still be charged for one month at the monthly rate, as we do not offer a free trial period. After 30 days a refund will not be available. This same policy applies to recurring annual subscriptions.

For the Bluetooth Scale, it is returnable within 30 days, only if it is undamaged and returned in the original box it came in, also undamaged. After 30 days and/or without the box, the scale will be non-refundable.
